Gynecologic Oncology is a specialized field of medicine that focuses on cancers of the female reproductive system, including ovarian, uterine, cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers. It involves prevention, diagnosis, treatment (such as surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation), and research into improving outcomes for women with these types of cancers.

1. Hormonal and Reproductive Disorders

• Evaluation and treatment of menstrual irregularities

• Management of ovulatory disorders such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

• Treatment of conditions like endometriosis and uterine abnormalities

2. Infertility Diagnosis and Treatment

• Comprehensive fertility evaluations for both partners

• Ovulation induction and cycle monitoring

• Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

• In vitro fertilization (IVF) and advanced assisted reproductive technologies (ART)

3. Fertility Preservation

• Egg, sperm, and embryo freezing

• Fertility preservation for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

4. Genetic and Endocrine Evaluation

• Genetic screening and counseling for heritable conditions
