Abstract Review Mandatory Fee

(For Speakers & Poster Presenters)

1. Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all Speakers and Poster Presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.

2. Review Process: Your abstract will be reviewed by the Gynecology Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members. The review process will begin only after the review fee has been received.

3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (after completing any required revisions), you will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter. You may then proceed with the conference registration process.

Abstract Publication – Mandatory Fee

All accepted abstracts must complete the publication fee process to be officially published and indexed.

If you are unable to attend in person, you may choose one of the following options:

✔ Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.
