Speaker Guidelines – Prior to Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

International Gynecology & Obstetrics Conference & Exhibition

1. Confirm Relevance to the Conference Scope
Ensure that your proposed topic aligns with the conference themes, including gynecology, obstetrics, maternal–fetal medicine, reproductive medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, minimally invasive surgery, women’s health, and related specialties.

2. Prepare Your Abstract
Prepare a clear, concise, and scientifically structured abstract summarizing your research or clinical work. Please follow the recommended format—such as Title, Authors & Affiliations, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Biography—and refer to the official sample template available on the conference website. Ensure that the abstract complies with the specified word limit.

3. Submission Process
All abstracts must be submitted through the official online abstract submission portal. Submissions sent by email or other methods will not be considered. The abstract must represent original work that has not been previously published or presented at another conference.

4. Author Information
Please provide complete and accurate details for all contributing authors, including their institutional affiliations. The presenting author must also provide valid and up-to-date contact information.

5. Abstract Review Fee
A mandatory abstract review fee is required after submission. Abstracts will be forwarded for scientific evaluation only after the payment has been successfully confirmed.

6. Formatting Guidelines
Authors should use the official abstract template/sample available on the conference website. Ensure proper formatting of the title, headings, and overall structure before uploading your document.

7. Early Submission Recommended
Participants are strongly encouraged to submit their abstracts well before the deadline to avoid last-minute delays or technical issues during submission.
