  3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your presentation is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested revisions are completed), you will receive a Workshop Presentation Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you may proceed with the event registration process.


DTCM Permit Mandatory Fee

  1. DTCM Permit Fee: This is a mandatory fee for international participants attending the conference in the UAE. The fee covers the processing of the DTCM permit, helping ensure a smooth immigration process.

  2. Purpose: The DTCM permit facilitates entry into the UAE without immigration complications, ensuring your participation in the conference.
